Katie has a first class degree and is an experienced professional recruiter from within both the HR and IT markets.  Prior to recruitment Katie was a HR Lead for an international retailer where she gained extensive operational and strategic HR expertise.

Katie leads our recruitment operations and manages mid to senior level HR appointments.

Michelle has over 25 years of professional recruitment experience gained from within the fields of both HR and Accounting.  A member of the CIPD, she is a qualified HR practitioner and is a leading figure within North East regional HR networks.

Michelle leads on executive level HR appointments.
